Award winning products start with Award winning ingredients. That is why we only use the best cuts of premium Beef and Pork in our products. Unlike larger corporate giants, our family uses no fillers or binders – just quality cuts of real, protein packed, meat.
We then enrich the natural flavor of these meats with our family recipe of select spices to create a variety of sticks and sausages. Custom crafted in small batches, each product is naturally smoked for hours on end – giving them with the rich smoky taste of real hardwood hickory.
It is this same family recipe and hardwood smoking process that give our snacks their rich color and texture. That is why, unlike other brands, we use only clear casings rather than colored casings on our snack sticks.
