Remarkable Summer Sausage
Wenzel's All Beef Summer Sausage is the only one I will eat, ever since I was a kid. Wenzel's started their business 2 years before I was born and it has always been a staple that we pick up every trip back home to Wisconsin. I knew it would be a while before my next trip, so I ordered 7lbs. which I received last week. With one birthday celebration over the weekend, I am now down to only 3 left... looks like I will be ordering again very soon! New tasters all agree it has a flavor all its own and they love it!

Super flavor Most of the summer sausages that I have eaten has left a coating of grease coating my tongue but this did not. Very good.
